WCUS 2018: Announcing Our After Party

There are less than 100 days until WordCamp US 2018! We’re excited to share that we’ll again be having the WordCamp US afterparty at the Adventure Science Center! This year’s afterparty is moving from Saturday evening to Friday, December 7th starting at 8p.m.

Just like last year, the entire 44,000 square foot building will be open to us. Attendee favorites such as “Mind Ball” and the “Moonwalk” will be there to enjoy again, as well as a new exhibit called “Earth Explorers,” presented by National Geographic. In addition to the dozens of interactive exhibits and activities, there will also be shows playing in the Sudekum Planetarium.

The Adventure Science Center is sure to be a great time for kids (and grown kids!) of all ages. In addition to the exhibits, you can be sure there will be food, drinks, and a photo booth to take a picture with your favorite WordPress Community pals!

The only way to get access to all of this is to purchase a ticket to WCUS. For just $40, you get access to sessions, contributor day, lunch all three days, swag, and all the coffee you can handle. Please Note: If you wish to bring a guest to the after party, they will need to purchase their own ticket. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the after party entrance.

  1. I’m excited to be going to this WordCamp, my first. Bonus is my son lives there and I’ve got room and board covered.

Made it onto the volunteer list, and really excited to be part of the volunteer workforce, getting to see how it all comes together.

Thanks for the update, Jen. It was good meeting you in St. Louis at the meetup downtown. Excellent presentation by the way.

    1. Hey Rich! We’re really honored that you chose WordCamp US as your first WordCamp and glad to have you among our volunteers.

Thank you for your kind words about my presentation from earlier this month! I’m really glad you were able to get something out of it 🙂
